Don Azars, a credited & awarded writer, director & producer has focused his experience, story telling abilities and new media awareness as an Editor and Director of Post Production activities.

iEditVideo is an operation equipped with multiple software and supporting hardware, to handle today’s technical codecs and content formats. Features, series, promotions, sizzles, commercials, industrial and niche programming are among the completed projects with more to come.

“Editing is telling a story …” Azars says, “be it a feature film or a commercial. That’s what I do.”

Don’s work has included several Broadcast and Cable Network and Syndicated Programs (see www.daptv.com for credits as Producer/Director/Writer). Content/formats have included dramas, reality shows, comedy, game shows, magazine formats, health/fitness productions. His infomerical, corporate and home video work has enabled him to work with such personalities as CHRIS REEVES, BOBBY BURGESS and ELAINE NIVERSON, TONY DOW, BOB EUBANKS and others.

The innovative national series “Crisis Counselor” was the first drama/reality series on basic cable (CHN/Lifetime). The series introduced TIM ROONEY. CRISPIN GLOVER and BRYAN CRANSTON to national audiences.

Under contract to 20th Century Fox, he Produced the re-packaged the JACKIE GLEASON comedy series. For NBC, Azars was Supv. and Coordinating Producer for “Games People Play” putting an unknown “MR. T” on national television. As Supv. of Production he remounted ”The New Hollywood Squares” syndicated series with JOHN DAVIDSON.

While with the ABC Owned stations, Azars supervised THE GONG SHOW (pilot) and AM AMERICA (SF segments). Azars gained recognition and earned several Emmys for many productions while at ABC, Group W and RKO TV stations .

He has also worked for ABC Network as a Unit Manger of daytime dramas including ONE LIFE TO LIVE and ABC SPORTS.
